Yes, we can customize voltage, speed, torque, and shaft size/shape. We can also add specific wires, connectors, or capacitors as needed.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have strict inspection procedures: incoming material checks against signed samples/drawings, in-process tour inspections, and final inspections before shipping.
What is your typical lead time?
Regular standard products typically take 25-30 days. Customized products may take slightly longer, but we are flexible depending on the specific order requirements.
What shipping methods do you use?
For samples and packages under 100kg, we suggest express shipping. For heavy packages, we suggest air or sea shipping based on customer needs.
