How to place an order?
The process involves: Inquiry → Quotation → Negotiation → Sample Confirmation → Contract/Deposit → Mass Production → Cargo Ready → Balance/Delivery.
Can I get a fixed price list for the motors?
Our motors are customized based on specific requirements like power, voltage, gear ratio, and shaft diameter. Price also varies by quantity, so we provide custom offers based on your detailed specifications.
Is it possible to develop new motors?
Yes. If you provide tooling costs and detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, and target price, we can evaluate and arrange for new motor development.
What is the typical lead time for production and shipping?
Sample delivery takes approximately 7-10 days, while bulk production usually takes 15-25 working days, depending on the order quantity.
What are the accepted terms of payment?
For orders under 5000USD, 100% in advance is required. For orders over 5000USD, we accept 50% T/T in advance with the balance paid before shipment. We also accept PayPal and T/T.
