Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the control methods of the integrated servo motor?
A1: The integrated servo motor can be controlled via programming control, PID control, and position control. Users can select the appropriate mode based on specific application requirements.
Q2: How does the integrated servo motor handle overload conditions?
A2: It features a built-in protection mechanism. When the load exceeds rated capacity, the driver adjusts the output torque or triggers a protection sequence. Overload parameters can also be customized.
Q3: Which industries are suitable for integrated servo motors?
A3: They are widely used in machinery manufacturing, automation equipment, medical devices, and packaging machinery to provide automated power support.
Q4: How is high precision control achieved in these motors?
A4: High precision is achieved through the internal drive and high-precision encoder. The driver adjusts motion in real-time based on encoder feedback to maintain preset trajectories and speed.
Q5: What should be done if the motor fails during operation?
A5: First, check the power supply, wiring, and encoder. Then, use diagnostic tools to view fault codes. Once the cause is identified, measures like component replacement or parameter adjustment should be taken.
Q6: What is the expected lifespan of an integrated servo motor?
A6: Lifespan depends on environment, load, and maintenance. Under normal conditions and proper maintenance, these motors have a long service life. Harsh environments or constant high-load states may shorten this duration.
