Is it possible to visit the production facility?
Sure. Please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance. We need to check our schedule to see if we are available for a visit.
Can I request samples for testing?
If it is for sample testing before an official order and our MOQ/price terms are acceptable, we'd love to provide samples. For personal use or one-off replacements, it is difficult as all motors are custom-made.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is generally between 1,000 to 10,000pcs depending on the model. However, we can accept smaller lots for the initial three orders following sample approval.
